结肠自膨胀金属支架治疗结肠癌性梗阻的研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 结直肠癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，高居男性肿瘤发病的第4位和女性肿瘤发病的第3位。全球每年有100万例新发病例，每年有529000例患者因结直肠癌死亡。7％～29％的结直肠癌患者存在急性或亚急性的肠梗阻。高达30％的结肠癌性梗阻患者由于远处转移、广泛肿瘤浸润或严重合并症等问题无法行根治性手术。
