粤西贫困地区农村中小学体育教师队伍现状调查

Investigation on the Present Situation of Physical Education Teachers of Primary and Middle Schools in Poverty-stricken Areas of Western Guangdong Province

采用实地访问、问卷调查和查阅文献资料等方法,对粤西地区224所农村中小学的体育师资队伍现状进行调查。结果表明,粤西贫困地区农村中小学体育教师的配备基本达到国家规定标准,但存在学历及职称层次偏低,教师承担教学工作量大,对课程改革的认知不足,科研能力差,继续教育情况不理想,工资福利待遇差,教师队伍不稳定等问题。基于此,本文针对农村体育师资队伍建设提出了具体建议。

In this paper we investigated the present situation of education teachers of 224 primary and middle schools in the rural area of western Guangdong province through questionnaire,the literature material law,etc.The data showed that equipped physical education teachers matched national standard,but they had little education and low titles.Physical education teachers took heavy work load with low pay and lacked research ability.And the result indicated that there was distance between the cognition of curriculum reform and action.In addition,physical education teachers team were not stable.In this paper we provided suggestion on these problems.
