普通高校高水平运动队管理模式研究——来自复旦大学的经验

Management Model of College High-level Sporting Team——Case Study of Fudan University

以复旦大学高水平田径队为研究对象,通过文献资料、实地考察、专家访谈等研究方法,总结了复旦大学高水平田径队成功的管理经验,并针对目前在管理过程中存在的一些问题,提出了相应的改进对策,为我国高校高水平运动队的发展提供理论依据。

This article takes high-level athletics team at Fudan University as example,concluding its successful management experience by virtue of literature review,field study and experts interview.It will also reflect some problems and give the solution.Through this case study,the authors aim at put forward the theoretical guideline for the development of China＇s college high-level sporting team.
