摘要
运用文献资料、调查访谈、教学观察、逻辑分析等研究方法,对健美操操化动作教学与训练进行探讨,旨在丰富健美操教学理论,促进健美操学科发展。结果表明:身体控制技术是健美操操化动作教学与训练的重点与难点,其中身体姿态控制与操化动作控制是关键环节;学习兴趣是影响健美操操化动作掌握的重要因素,心智能力和身体素质对操化动作的学习也有很明显的影响;感知觉能力的训练是健美操操化训练的重要环节,良好的身体素质与协调性是完成健美操操化动作的得力因素。
In this paper,with the methods of literature,expert interviews,teaching observation,and logical analysis and so on the aerobics exercises teaching and training were discussed;aimed at enriching the aerobics teaching theory,promote the development of Aerobics course.The results show that: the physical control technology is the aerobics exercises teaching and training the key point and the difficulty,which the body attitude control and speaking of action control is a key link;learning interest is the effect of aerobics exercises action master important factors,mental ability and physical quality of the parade of action learning has obvious effect;perception ability training of aerobics gymnastics training is an important link,the good physical quality and consistency is the completion of Aerobics gymnastic exercised effective factors.
