摘要
采用动物实验的方法,对不同二氧化硫浓度污染下运动训练大鼠骨骼肌及脑组织脂质过氧化程度的影响进行了研究。结果显示:沙棘油可提高SO2污染环境下大鼠的机体自由基防御系统的能力,对延缓机体疲劳有一定的作用。
Objective To discuss the effect of different levels of SO2 pollution in the environment of Seabuckthorn Oil on myocardial glutathione redox changes.With the increase of SO2 concentration gradually increased,SOD,CAT,GSH-PX activity declined,taking sea buckthorn oil on,the various degrees of improvement environmental pollution on the body of the harmful effects of free radicals in rats increased defense systems.Conclusion Taking sea buckthorn oil can reduce the damage of myocardial caused by exercise,enhance the antoxidative status of mice and protect the ultrastructure of myocardial.
