运用文献资料、专家访谈和数理统计等研究方法,对中北大学本科生2010—2011学年体质健康测试的结果进行对比分析与研究。研究结果表明,男女大学生从身体形态、身体机能、身体素质、测试结果总评等方面存在很大差异,应引起重视。并根据中北大学实际情况提出相应的建议和对策,以期为相关职能部门提供参考。
