珍菊降压片与福辛普利钠治疗原发性高血压的疗效比较

Comparison of Zhenjujiangya Tablet and Fosinopril Sodium for Essential Hypertension

目的比较珍菊降压片与福辛普利钠治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将71例原发性高血压患者按随机数字表法分为2组:福辛普利钠组35例采用口服福辛普利钠治疗;珍菊降压片组36例采用口服珍菊降压片治疗。治疗6周后,比较2组的降压效果。结果 2组患者治疗后血压较治疗前均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组治疗后血压相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。福辛普利钠组显效30例,有效2例,无效3例,总有效率91.4%;珍菊降压片组显效31例,有效2例,无效3例,总有效率91.7%,2组总有效率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论福辛普利钠与珍菊降压片对原发性高血压均有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of Zhenjujiangya tablet and fosinopril sodium on essential hypertension. Methods Seventy-one patients with essential hypertension were randomly assigned to orally receive either fosinopril sodium （fosinopril sodium group,n=35）or Zhenjujiangya tablet（Zhenjujiangya tablet group, n=36）. Antihypertensive effects were compared after treatment for 6 weeks. Results Blood pressure significantly decreased after treatment in both groups（P〈0.01 ）and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Among the 35 patients in fosinopril sodium group, the treatment was significantly effective in 30, effective in 2 and ineffective in 3. Among the 36 patients in Zhenjujiangya tablet group, the treatment was significantly effective in 31, effective in 2 and ineffective in 3. There was no obvious difference in the total effective rate between the two groups （91.4% vs 91.7% ,P〉0.05）.Conclusion Both fosinopril sodium and Zhenjujiangya tablet are effective for essential hypertension.
