摘要
目的探讨外伤性肝破裂非手术治疗的指征与经验。方法回顾性分析34例外伤性肝破裂非手术治疗患者的临床资料。结果 34例患者6例中转手术,28例非手术治疗成功,无特殊并发症。结论对于生命体征相对稳定的肝脏损伤Ⅲ级以下患者非手术治疗效果满意。
Objective To explore the indications and experience of non-operative treatment of traumatic liver rupture. Methods Clinical data of 34 patients with traumatic liver rupture who underwent non-operative treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 34 cases, 6 cases were converted to operation and 28 cases were cured with no special complications. Conclusion Non-operative treatment is effective in patients with stable vital signs with traumatic liver rupture less than grade Ⅲ.
