内镜下金属支架置入治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤的护理

摘要 消化道肿瘤是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,痛、吐、胀、闭是晚期梗阻的表现,手术是公认有效的首选治疗方法[1]。但对于高龄、全身情况差不能耐受手术治疗的患者,金属支架（简称支架）置入解除梗阻是解除患者痛苦、提高生存质量有效的治疗手段。
