水是一座城市的历史,是生机,是形象,是资源,也是象征——文明素质、地域文化的象征。现代大城市中的河流滨水地区逐渐成为城市中最具有活力的地段,它不仅包容了丰富的自然景观,而且蕴含着城市滨水区的物质空间和人文景观,是旅游观光的重要场所,更是城市居民活动的公共空间,是城市的重要门户和窗口,承担着非常重要的功能,通常是城市中最有魅力的地区。本文通过挖掘滨水地区的自然、历史、人文资源,对其进行科学定位,突出文脉与自然、和谐共享和可持续发展的设计理念,旨在构筑一个具有地域特征的融休闲、文化、娱乐、景观等多功能的可持续滨水公共空间。
