建国初期工业住区规划建设及价值分析——以武汉青山区红钢城工业住区为例

The Analysis and Value of the Community in Industrial Area in the Early Founding of P.R.China——Taking Community in Industrial Area in Wuhan Honggangcheng as an Example

工业区住区是中国工业化历史上极其重要的遗存,具有极大的保护价值。其在住区规划、外部形式和建筑的色彩特征非常明显,但是由于建成年限的关系,老住宅面临着改造甚至拆除的命运。本文通过对其历史背景、建筑特色和价值等方面的分析,希望能对以后的工业区住宅的改造提供一定的参考价值。

Community in industrial area is a very important relics in the history of China＇s industrialization. It has great conservation value. Its settlements planning, external form and color characteristics of the building are very obvious. But it has completed many years, the old houses facing the renovation and even demolition. This paper, through the analysis of its historical background, architectural features and value, hoping to provide some reference to the transformation of the community in industrial area.
