作为少数民族地区行政建筑的代表,凤凰县行政办公楼及政务接待中心如何结合既有环境要素,体现地域文化特色,是此项目的主要目标之一。通过对建筑语言的有机表达,建立起建筑功能、文化、形态与自然环境之间的逻辑关系,创作出既体现时代特色,又蕴含传统地域文化的建筑。

As a representative of the the minority district administration building, one of the main objects of Fenghuang County administration building and government reception center project is to combine with existing environmental elements and to reflect the geographical and cultural characteristics. By organic architectural expression, a logical relationship between the architectural features, culture, morphology and natural environment can be establish, and modern architecture with traditional local culture can be created.
