习服治疗56例中青年噪声性耳鸣患者临床分析

Clinical analysis of 56 cases of young and middle-aged patients with tinnitus by tinnitus retraining therapy

目的观察习服治疗(tinnitus retraining therapy,TRT)对耳鸣患者的临床疗效。方法将110例门诊确诊为噪声性耳鸣的患者(男67例、女43例)随机分为两组,实验组56例(男32例、女24例)采用TRT,对照组54例(男35例、女19例)给予甲磺酸倍他司汀片口服治疗。两组均在治疗开始后1、2和3个月时进行3次疗效评定。疗效分为完全适应、基本适应、部分适应、未适应(无效)。结果实验组总适应率:1个月时为23.2%,2个月为60.3%,3个月为71.7%。对照组总适应率:1个月时为18.5%,2个月为57.4%,3个月为87.0%。两组分别在1、2和3个月时比较(x^2检验),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对噪声性耳鸣患者而言,TRT是一种与甲磺酸倍他司汀片口服治疗一样有效,且更安全、经济的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tinnitus retraining therapy （TRT） for young and middle-aged patients with noise-induced tinnitus. Methods Divide 110 outpatients who were diagnosed with noise-induced tinnitus into two groups randomly. Among them, 71 cases with heating loss, 39 cases without hearing loss and, 67 males and 43 females. Take 56 cases as the experimental group with TRT method and the rest 54 cases as the control group with the oral treatment of the Mesylate Betahistine tablets. Evaluate the efficacy of two groups once a month during the first three months. The efficacy was divided into total adaptation, nearly adaptation, partial adaptation and none adaptation （invalid）. Results The total adaptation rate of the experimental group in the first month was 23.2%, the second month was 60.3% and the third month was 71.7%. The total adaptation rates of the control group were 18.5%, 57.4% and 87.0%. The two groups were compared by x2 test during the first three months. The differences between the two groups were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion To noise-induced tinnitus patients, TRT is a safer and more economical treatment as effective as the oral treatment of Mesylate Betahistine tablets.
