眩晕检测平台的应用及中西医结合治疗

目的探讨一种快速安全简易检测眩晕病人的方法。方法我们使用自制的眩晕检测平台对516例主诉眩晕的患者治疗前后测试平衡姿势图形进行分析研究。采用中西结合治疗方法及有针对性实施手法复位及眩晕平台治疗。患者分别睁眼及闭眼直立于检测平台,双手下垂,双足并齐。测试时间各60秒。结果 516例眩晕患者中,耳性眩晕265例占51.3%,中枢性眩晕197例,占38.1%。其它眩晕占10.6%。我们将检测的图形大致分成三类:耳性眩晕图形,典型成蝴蝶形;中枢性眩晕图形呈不规则团形;混合形图形在团形的基础上的不规则图形。结论自制眩晕检测平台应用于临床,结合病史和其它检查能快速的做出较正确诊断,采用中西医结合治疗眩晕性疾病获得较满意疗效。

Objective described a new quick method using clinical examination of vertiginous patient. Methods Computerized posturography system ,designed by authors of this article ,was introduced .Usingthis system body sway was measured in 100 normal adults and 516 patients with vertigo, with a patient evaluation pre-and postcuratively. Results 516 patients with confirmed clinical diagnoses were analyzed. Posturography may be classified in 3composite graphic types .Statistics suggested that posturography of 51.3% patients with otogenic vertiginous graphic type,38.1% patients with central vertiginous graphic type and 10.6% patients with complex type. Condusion This new method appears to be a safe ,quick ,simple make a diagnosis.
