良性阵发性位置性眩晕 被引量：2

摘要 良性阵发性位置性眩晕（benign paroxysmal positional vertigo，BPPV）是由多种原因引起的外周前庭病变，临床上以头位改变所诱发的短暂旋转性眩晕发作和眼球震颤为主要特征，轻症患者仅有间断体位性眩晕，重者反复发作并伴平衡失调，可持续数天、数周、数月，或数年内反复发病。
