9例复杂股骨干骨折锁定加压钢板内固定失败原因分析
Analysis of the failure of nine cases of complex femoral shaft fractures fixed by locking compression plate
摘要
通过总结分析9例复杂股骨干骨折锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定钢板折断原因,预防术后钢板折断的措施,促进正确使用LCP内固定,降低术后并发症发生率。笔者分析造成术后LCP折断的原因为骨折不愈合引起的内固定疲劳,与LCP使用规范、操作技术及康复锻炼有关。
