178例巨大房间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压低体质量患儿的手术疗效
摘要
2008年1月至2010年1月，我们收治178例巨大房间隔缺损（ASD）合并肺动脉高压的低体质量患儿，观察其手术前后左、右心室大小的改变，应用Tei指数观察左、右心室功能的改变，初步评价手术修补巨大ASD的疗效。
