完全性房室间隔缺损合并法洛四联症
摘要
完全性房室间隔缺损（complete atrioventricular septaldefect，CAVC）合并法洛四联症（tetralogy of Fallot，TOF）是一类少见的复杂性先心病，1885年由Bull首次提出。自1969年D’Allaines首次报道CAVC合并TOF的手术方式以来，关于手术治疗CAVC合并TOF的文献均为小样本统计，手术方式也不尽相同，而且随访时间较短。归纳不同中心的文献进行分析，对临床工作有一定的参考价值。
