原发性胸膜-肺滑膜肉瘤1例

摘要患者女，31岁。咳嗽伴咯血半年，近日加重，无明显其他临床症状。查肺癌组合、肝功能、血生化、血常规无明显异常，PPD试验阴性。CT扫描示左肺下叶大小约4．8cm×4．5cm的团块影，肿块密度欠均匀，增强后CT值约21HU，边缘见强化（图1），诊断左肺下叶占位，左侧胸腔积液。
