芬太尼透皮贴剂(芬太克)治疗癌性疼痛临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on transdermal fentanyl in the treatment of cancer pain

目的:观察芬太尼透皮贴剂(芬太克)治疗癌性疼痛的疗效、不良反应及对生活质量的影响。方法:采用芬太尼透皮贴剂(芬太克)对50例癌性疼痛患者镇痛治疗,每24小时评定疼痛强度、生活质量及不良反应。结果:疼痛完全缓解36例,部分缓解10例;患者生活质量明显改善,不良反应发生率低,主要为便秘,恶心、呕吐及头昏等。结论:芬太尼透皮贴剂(芬太克)治疗癌性疼痛效果良好,不良反应低,能提高生活质量。

Objective：To observe the adverse reactions and the impact on quality of life of transdermal fentanyl in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods： Transdermal fentanyl was used in the analgesic treatment of 50 patients with cancer pain.The pain intensity,quality of life and adverse reactions were assessed every 24 hours.Results：Pain was relieved in 36 cases,partially remissed in 10 cases;the quality of patients＇ life was significantly improved and with low incidence of adverse reactions mainly including constipation,nausea,vomiting and dizziness.Conclusion：Transdermal fentanyl had good effect in the treatment of cancer pain and the dverse reactions were declined while the quality of life was also improved.
