芬太尼透皮贴联合复方苦参注射液治疗晚期癌痛39例临床观察

Clinical observation of Fentany transdermal patches combined with compound matrine injection in the treatment of cancer pain

目的:观察芬太尼透皮贴联合复方苦参注射液对晚期癌痛病人止痛效果及不良反应。方法:观察39例晚期肿瘤伴有中度以上疼痛患者,使用芬太尼透皮贴联合复方苦参注射液的疗效及不良反应。结果:完全缓解(CR)25例,部分缓解(PR)12例,轻度缓解(MR)2例,总有效率100%,CR+PR 94.9%。不良反应有头晕、嗜睡、恶心呕吐、便秘。结论:芬太尼透皮贴联合复方苦参注射液对中、重度晚期癌痛患者疗效显著,不良反应较少,能有效提高肿瘤病人的生活质量。

Objective：To observe the efficacy and side effects of Fentany transdermal patches combined with compound matrine injection in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods： All 39 cases cancer pain with confirmed carcinomas and at least moderate pain were enrolled into the study,we observed the efficacy adverse reation of Fentany transdermal patches combined with compound matrine injection.Results： The total responsive rate was 100%,25 patients were CR,12 patients PR,2 patients MR,CR＋PR 94.9%,side effects included dizziness,lethargy,nausea,emesis and constipation.Conclusion： Fentany transdermal patches combined with compound matrine injection is of satisfactory efficacy for cancer pain,side effects are mild.
