Present Status and Observation on Convergence between Telecommunication Network and IP Network

介绍了电信网络和ＩＰ网络融合的现状。一方面大力加 强信息基础设施建设，营造高速宽带化网络环境，探 索网络技术、网络业务的全面融合；另一方面在现有网 络资源的基础上开发新业务，应用平稳过渡的渐进演 变策略，逐步提供宽带多媒体通信业务。

Present status of convergence between telecommunication network and IP network is presented. Information Infrastructure construction is being strengthened to build high speed and broadband network environment and to explore a way of full convergence in the field of network technology and services between telecommunication network and IP network. Meanwhile, new services are being developed on existing networks basis on utilizing migration policy. Broadband multimedia communication services will be provided step by step.
