人工全膝关节置换在中老年类风湿关节炎中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 类风湿关节炎（RA）患者在晚期多伴有髋、膝等关节严重畸形，严重影响患者的生活质量，人工膝关节置换术作为公认的效果肯定的治疗方法之一，据统计数据报告显示15年间成功率已超过90％。对于药物保守治疗无效的老年RA患者，人工全膝关节置换是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。
