外商投资企业的发展趋势和实践启示——南通市中外合营企业的调查与思考

一、基本趋势南通市吸收外商直接投资,是在补偿贸易的基础上起步的。6年来,特别是1984年进一步对外开放以后,随着投资环境的逐步改善,外商投资企业不断增加。截止1989年一季度,全市共批准建立合营企业65家(内有3家撤销),其中合资企业57家。
