摘要 "戏剧式改编"曾是中国电影改编的重要方式,作为特定历史阶段的产物,"戏剧式改编"经历了产生、发展、鼎盛、衰落的演变轨迹。"戏剧式改编"产生于20世纪20年代,并随着"戏剧式电影"观念的兴盛而逐渐走向繁荣;20世纪50—60年代是其鼎盛时期,涌现出大量"戏剧式改编"电影作品,并形成了以夏衍为代表的"戏剧式改编"理论;1980年代以后"戏剧式改编"引发争论,在质疑声中逐渐走向衰落。但作为一种拥有强大生命力的电影改编方式,"戏剧式改编"对当前消费文化语境下的电影改编实践仍具有重要意义。 "Theatrical adaptation" used to be an important way for Chinese film adaptation. As the product of a specific historical stage, the theatrical adaptation experienced the evolution of the beginning, development, pros perity and the decline. Theatrical adaptation started in the 1920s and is prosperous with the rise of the concept of the theatrical film. In 1950s and 1960s, there are a large number of films with theatrical adaptation as it comes to the heyday and formed the theatrical adaptation theory as represented by Xia Yah. After 1980s, the theatrical ad aptation is in controversy and gradually decline. As one way of film adaptation with a strong vitality, the theatrical adaptation is still of great significance for the practice of the film adaptation in contemporary consumer culture con text.
