手工技艺继承的主要方式是师徒传承,师徒是传统技艺传授中形成的纽带关系。不管是家传,或是师传,都要求继承师傅的手艺,沿袭技艺的特色。因此,在现代的职业技术学校出现之前,以手把手的传授为主要方式的学徒形态,对我国传统手工艺的继承与发展起到不可或缺的作用。

The main inheritance way of craftsmanship is from the master.The master-prentice tie forms in teachings of the traditional craftsmanship.Family or master-prentice inheritance is required to inherit the craft of the master as well as the characteristics of the craft.Before modern vocational schools,the apprenticing means of hand-to-hand teaching plays an essential role on the inheritance and development of China＇s traditional arts and crafts.
