信息处理的模糊性描述与评价

THE FUZZY DESCRIPTIONS OF INFORMATION PROCESSING IN DECISIONMAKING PROCESS WITH THEIR APPLICATIONS

摘要 信息处理是决策过程中的一个重要环节。本文分析了信息处理的特性,提出了一个描述信息处理过程的Fuzzy评价模型。文中将这个描述应用于决策者及决策组织的信息处理能力分析,分别给出了其信息处理能力的定量描述。最后,介绍了上述模型的应用。 Information Processing (IP) is a key link in the decisionmaking process. In this paper the characteristics of the IP process are analyzed and the fuzzy evaluation models are presented to describe this process. By using the descriptions the analysis of the IP abilities of a decisionmaker and a decision team (a group of decisionmakers) are given in a quantitative way.The studies start with the three fundamental concepts of the quality, quantity and the processing time in IP process. The quality of IP is the quality of the conclusions obtained from IP, and can be considered as a function of the truth and originality of the conclusions. Fuzzy Sets Theory is used to depict their relationships and it is pointed out that the quality of a IP is the product of the two fuzzy sets of Truth and Originality appeared in the conclusions, i.e. The quantity of a IP means the measurement of the amount of information processed in the IP.Thereafter the implication of the IP is studied as such a six-tuple (x, Q_x(x), μ_T(x), μ_o(x), μ_Q(x),t). Moreover the comparision rules between IPs are given, and the ordering of IP series is explored.The models of human IP are thus defined by using above-mentioned descriptions, and a method to measure the human's IP ability is deduced, that is to evaluate synthetically the quantity, quality, and the processing time used in a IP.Furthermore the studies are also done for the decision teams, and the descriptions of IP processes for the same member-level decision teams are given. The measurement model for the IP ability of such a decision team is presented. Meanwhile the optimal information allocation problem for the members with in a decision team is put forward.At last two examples of the applications of the models developed above are illustrated, and one is applied in an experiment for single-person's information processing, and another in the measurement of the effectiveness of the military command and decision.
