Robert Schumann,Franz Liszt and Anton Rubinstein are important figures in the history of Western music.They composed art songs based on the great German poet Heinrich Heine＇s poem You Are Like a Flower,which are the most popular in all 160 art songs based on the same poem.We can better understand the different applications in the vocal teaching to analyse the creation characteristics of the three art songs with the same lyric but different flavors.
