机器人辅助腹腔镜手术在妇科领域中的应用进展 被引量:8

摘要 随着现代医学的快速发展、手术设备和器械的不断改善和革新,微创理念已深入人心。腹腔镜手术作为微创医学的代表,其发展和应用在妇科手术的变革中占有非常重要的地位。但因触觉感受不足、视觉效果不佳、器械活动范围狭小、学习曲线较长等缺陷限制了其在微创外科的进一步发展。机器人辅助腹腔镜手术的出现,打破了传统腹腔镜手术的局限,除具备微创特点外,尚有更好的灵活性、精确性、可操控性以及学习曲线明显缩短等优势,从而使妇科微创手术进入了一个新的发展阶段。目前,机器人辅助腹腔镜技术已广泛应用于妇科生殖内分泌、妇科肿瘤及女性盆底重建等手术。本文就机器人手术系统及其目前在妇科良恶性疾病中的应用作一综述。
