摘要
目的对纤维板生产过程中的甲醛危害进行识别与分析,确定甲醛危害的关键控制点,从而提出控制措施。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查,工作场所甲醛浓度检测和职业健康监护结合的方法对该企业的甲醛危害进行分析。结果甲醛是该纤维板厂的主要职业性有害因素,其MAC范围为0.16~4.98 mg/m3,超标率80.0%。结论纤维板生产过程甲醛危害的防护应从职业病危害关键控制点入手,采取切实可行的职业病危害防护设施或措施,减少或降低职业病因素危害。
Objective To analyze formaldehyde hazards and identify critical control points in high density fiberboard factory,and to put forward control measures.Methods Field investigation,detection and physical examination towards formaldehyde hazards were applied.Results Formaldehyde was the main occupation hazards in the fiberboard factory,with the MAC ranged 0.16-4.98mg/m3 and exceeded the standard with a proportion of 80%.Conclusion Protective facilities and measures should be taken in order to decrease formaldehyde hazards.
