电力变压器中的磁场分布与磁屏蔽效果分析

摘要 基于三维有限元法对一台电力变压器进行了合理的建模,模型可自然给出绕组的电阻损耗.基于该模型模拟了内部磁场与油箱损耗的分布情况,并研究了放置磁屏蔽板后油箱的损耗变化.模拟结果与实测结果基本符合,说明建模正确.分析结果对研制节能降耗型电力变压器有指导作用。 A reasonable model for a power transformer was established based on 3D Finite-element Method (FEM). Ohmic losses for windings could be achieved automatically according to the model. Magnetic fields inside oil tank and oil tank losses were simulated with the model to study changes of oil tank losses when magnetic shielding panels were used for the shielding of tank. The achievement of simulated was in accordance with the measured one. Results showed that the established model is proper and the application of the model in analysis could be helpful for the design of low-loss power transformer.
