根据实际绿色建筑设计与评估经验,阐述了当前深圳市地区高层建筑绿色发展的一些困难和瓶颈,针对一些关键技术要点进行了仔细的评析,对实现本土化、节能舒适的高层绿色办公建筑设计具有十分明显的指导意义。
According to the author＇s design and evaluation of green building,it expounds the high-rise building development with some difficulties in Shenzhen.It analyzed and evaluated carefully on the crucial technologies to provide guidance to realize energy-saving and com fortable high-rise office building with localization.
