随着社会经济的高速发展,环境问题日益严重,利用高分遥感技术可为建筑节能与绿色建筑实现更大的节能效益,对于节能减排工作具有重要意义;为基于高分应用进行建筑节能与绿色建筑监测提供依据和方法,以更好促进城市建筑节能减排;也为建筑节能提供先进技术支撑。对建筑节能与绿色建筑建模监测的基本要求、监测对象、监测数据获取/处理/加工/管理、监测成果应用的基本要求进行了深入研究。

With the rapid development of the socio-economic,environmental issues are becoming increasingly serious.Scores of remote sensing techniques are utilized to achieve greater energy-efficiency for green buildings with great significance.It provides basis and method for saving building energy and monitoring green building based on the high score application,in order to promote the city＇s building energy efficiency.It provides advanced technical support for building energy efficiency.The basic requirements on the modeling of building energy efficiency and green building monitoring are expounded,as well as monitoring objects,monitoring data acquisition/analyzing/processing/man agement,and application of monitoring outcome.
