摘要
本文介绍了锅炉过热器对空排气管路的结构,以及排气管座开裂的宏观特征,从管座的结构、工作环境等方面进行了应力分析,分析认为该管座开裂的主要原因是振动疲劳应力及热应力的长期作用所致。并根据现场实际情况制定切实可靠的换管工艺方案。
This article describes the structure of the air exhaust pipe of the superheater, and the mac- roscopic characteristics of the exhaust pipe cracking . From the tube socket structure, working envi- ronment, the stress analysis believe that the main reason of the tube socket cracking due to long - term effects of vibration fatigue stress and thermal stress. It make reliable tube replacement process according to the actual situation.
