本文介绍了德士古气化炉锥体的制造工艺,简述了锥体制造的工艺流程,阐述了锥体瓦片压制、装配、焊接、堆焊等工序中遇到的技术难点和质量控制措施,为此类锥体的生产提供一些有益经验。
This paper introduces the manufacturing process of Texaco gasifier cone, Describe the Cone manufacture technics flow, elaborated tile press, assembly, welding cone, surfacing processes encountered in the technical difficulty and quality control measures for this kind of cone production, to provide some beneficial experience.
