Copeptin的生物特性及与疾病的关系研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 1895年发现的精氨酸加压素(arginine-vasopressin,AVP)具有缩血管、抗利尿和参与应激反应等多方面生理效应,但因半衰期短,体外测定困难使其临床应用受到限制。Copeptin即和肽素弥补了AVP的不足,而两者反映的病理生理信息相同,目前已将Copeptin代替AVP用于研究。
