摘要 按照航天产品建造要求,从高可靠、小体积角度出发,设计了空间三线阵立体测绘相机调焦控制系统。其中包括焦面位置检测传感器:14位、100″精度的小型绝对矩阵式光电编码器的设计。系统采用1片80C32E单片机完成3台相机焦面位置信息的处理、调焦电机的控制以及与下位机的数据通信,并按照下位机的指令要求,进行3个相机的焦面位置测量与开环、闭环调焦控制。经测试,在闭环调焦情况下,调焦控制精度小于±10编码器码值,对应相机调焦机构像面调节量2.44 m,满足小于±4 m的要求。 In accordance with the manufacturing requirements of aerospace products,a small volume and very reliable focusing control system of three-linear stereo mapping camera was designed.This system includes the design of a small size absolute matrix photoelectric encoder which has 14 bits and 100″precision.The system uses an 80C32E to process the focal plane position information among three cameras,control the focusing motors and communicate with the master systems.It will follow the instructions from the master system to measure the three cameras focal plane position and control open-loop or closed-loop focusing.According to the test results,under a closed-loop situation,the focusing precision is lower than ±10 codes of the encoder with a camera focusing of 2.44 m,which satisfied the lower than ±4 m requirement.
