临产胎儿双顶径、胎盘厚度与出生体重相关性分析

Analysis on the correlation between fetal biparietal diameter,placental thickness and birth weight of fetus at birth

目的:探讨临产胎儿双顶径、胎盘厚度与胎儿出生时体重间的相关性。方法:回顾性分析南昌大学第一附属医院2008年11月～2009年3月入院正常分娩、无妊娠合并症及并发征初产妇654例的B型超声检查报告中胎儿双顶径与胎盘厚度的测量值以及婴儿出生时的体重记录,运用SPSS 17软件进行相关性分析。结果:正常妊娠临产时胎儿双顶径与出生体重相关系数r=0.278,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胎盘厚度与出生体重的相关系数r=0.561,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正常妊娠临产时B超胎儿的双顶径以及胎盘厚度与出生体重均有正相关性。

Objective： To explore the correlation between fetal biparietal diameter, placental thickness and birth weight of fetuses at birth. Methods： The measured values of fetal biparietal diameter and placental thickness from uhrasonographic reports of 654 primiparous women without pregnancy complications who gave birth to their babies in the hospital from November 2008 to March 2009 and the records of birth weight of infants were analyzed retrospectively; SPSS 17 software was used for correlation analysis. Results： There was a significant correlation between fetal biparietal diameter and birth weight at birth for normal pregnant women, the coefficient of correlation was 0. 278 （P 〈 0. 05） . There was a significant correlation between placental thickness and birth weight at birth, the coefficient of correlation was 0. 561 （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion： For normal pregnant women, fetal biparietal diameter and placental thickness are positively correlated with birth weight of fetuses.
