经阴道良性卵巢囊肿剥除术的临床应用价值

Clinical application value of transvaginal benign ovarian cystectomy

目的:探讨经阴道良性卵巢囊肿剥除术的临床应用价值。方法:对180例行良性卵巢囊肿剥除术患者的手术相关指标进行分析研究,其中采用经阴道手术62例,腹腔镜手术96例,剖腹手术22例。结果:经阴道手术组具有创伤小、手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后病率低等特点,与腹腔镜及经腹组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且较腹腔镜组住院费用明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道良性卵巢囊肿剥除术具有创伤小、痛苦小、恢复快等优点,是一种更为理想的微创手术方式,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical application value of transvaginal benign ovarian cystectomy. Methods： The surgery -related indexes of 180 patients undergoing benign ovarian cystectomy were analyzed and researched; among 180 patients, 62 patients underwent transvaginal benign ovarian cystectomy, 96 patients underwent laparoscopic cystectomy, and 22 patients underwent transabdominal cystectomy. Results ： Transvaginal benign ovarian cystectomy had the advantages of minimal damage, shorter operation time, lower intraoperative bleeding, and lower postoperative morbidity, compared with laparoscopic cysteetomy and transabdominal cystectomy, there was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the hospitalization expense of patients undergoing transvaginal benign ovarian cystectomy was statisti- cally significantly lower than that of patients undergoing laparoscopic cystectomy （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Transvaginal benign ovarian cystectomy has the advantages of minimal damage, less pain, and rapid recovery, which is an optimal minimally invasive surgery, and the method is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
