摘要
以自由基捕获剂2,2’,6,6’-四甲基哌啶胺(4-氨基哌啶)替代其中一种氨基化合物,用三聚氯氰为交联单体,经过两步缩合反应得到双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯荧光增白型返黄抑制剂单体,再与聚乙二醇系列产品发生缩聚反应合成了新型结构高分子化荧光增白型返黄抑制剂。采用红外和核磁光谱等手段对其分子结构进行了表征,用紫外光谱、荧光光谱分析方法对其光学性质进行了初步研究,并通过紫外光加速老化实验考察了目标产物对化机浆纸张的返黄抑制效果。实验结果表明,在使用性能上,与荧光返黄单体及传统的荧光增白剂VBL相比,合成的高分子荧光增白型返黄抑制剂对纸张增白效果及光抑制效果更好,其结构稳定性、耐光性得到明显改善,同时对其紫外吸收性能及荧光量子产率也有显著的增加。
Replacing one of the amino compounds with 4-amion-2,2' ,6,6'-tetramentylniperidine free radicals cap- turer(4-TEMP), the triazine-stilbene anti-yellowing monomer with fluorescence were synthesized through two- step condensation reaction with eyanuric chloride as the crosslinking monomer. The new anti-yellowing polymer compound with fluorescence were prepared by condensation reaction of the above anti yellowing monomer with the series of polyethylene glycol (PEG). Its structure was demonstrated by FT IR and 1↑H NMR, the physical properties were examined by UV-Vis and photoluminescence (PL) spectra, besides the effect of anti-yellowing were evaluated-as the surface sizing agent on handsheet of chemi-mechanical pulps by using the ultraviolet aging apparatus. The results showed that in the performance of application, comparing with anti-yellowing monomer with fluorescence and the traditional fluorescent brighteners, such as VBI., the brightening effect and light sta bility of the new polymer compound are nice, its structure stability and anti-yellowing effect are improved obvi ously. At the same time, the quantum yield of fluorescence and ultraviolet ray absorption performance of the new macromolecular compound are increased obviouslv.
