红细胞分布宽度是预测心力衰竭和死亡危险的标记物 被引量：16

摘要 红细胞分布宽度（RDW）是由血液分析仪测量获得反映周围红细胞体积异质性的参数，临床上常用于贫血的诊断与鉴别诊断。最近有研究证实，RDW与心力衰竭（心衰）严重程度和预后相关，根据国情和目前我国基层医疗单位的医疗水平。RDW是否符合预测心衰和死亡危险的标记物？近期陆续发表的一些研究，用部分临床证据对其进行了初步的探索和分析。
