摘要
随着20世纪80年代以来,研究联合体(RJVs)方兴未艾,成为企业日益推崇的研发模式,同时也是为反垄断法所鼓励的模式,文章主要探讨如何对RJVs企业内部科技人力资源进行整合,实现科技人力资源的研发效用最大化。
As the 1980s, research association (RJVs) is in the ascendant, and is the development mode that enterprises increasingly esteem. And, at the same time, it is also a model for anti-monopoly law. The paper mainly discusses how to integrate science and technology human resources in RJVs enterprise, realize the development utility maximization of science and technology human resources.
