The Functions of TPL in Supply-chain Financing Based on Dynamic Pledge

本文在简要介绍供应链融资发展历程的基础上,引出了基于动态质押的供应链融资模式,并详细分析了第三方物流在此融资模式中的作用。其作用体现在第三方物流提供的一体化服务可使动态质押融资业务高效、顺利的完成,降低整个融资系统的风险等。同时,第三方物流还可为贷款企业的产销活动提供优质的物流服务。

This paper briefly describes the development of the supply-chain financing, and then leads to one of the supply chain financing modes, called dynamic pledge. Then a detailed analysis of the functions which the TPL plays in dynamic pledge has been given. The functions include the integration services provided by TPL can let the financing more efficient and can reduce risks of the entire financial system. At the same time, the TPL will provide quality logistics service to the production and distribution activities of the loan enterprise.
