缅甸伊江水电项目建设需求物资以实物投资形式进口缅甸需经三个阶段的批文报批,以及多个部委的审核和审批。文章通过对信息化在物资通关管理中的应用分析,总结出缅甸水电项目物资通关管理的一些经验。

For Burmese Irrawaddy River hydropower project construction, materials are all supplied by China. The import of material to Burma needs experience three phase, and covers more than one departments of Burma. Based on analyzing the application of informatization in the goods customs clearance management, the article summed up the experience in material customs clearance management of Burma hydropower project.
