摘要
通过对太阳电池在光照时等效电路的电路分析,得到了太阳电池在光照条件下几个基本参数的计算公式,从中找出太阳能电池基本参数的影响因素及规律性,再通过生产过程的实际数据进一步证明几个影响因素之间的关系,从而分析提高太阳电池转换效率的有效途径。
Based on analyzing equivalent circuit of solar cell in the light, the paper gets the calculation formulas of basic parameters of the solar cell in the light, and finds the influencing factors and regularity, and improves the relationship among influencing factors through the actual data in production process, and then analyzes the effective way to improve the conversion efficiency of solar cell.
