浅析溢出铲除法在高层建筑地基处理中的应用

混凝土灌注桩是桩基础中一种常见的基础形式,截止到现在,混凝土灌注桩的施工在理论方面的研究既比较全面又较为深刻,但现场有一些较好的施工技术,通过实践证明也是可行的,可在理论方面没有及时的体现出来;例如:在混凝土的灌注桩中,对桩头处理的分析就比较少。这篇文章分析了已有工程中混凝土灌注桩的桩头处理方法,然后,结合高层建筑地基处理实际工程的桩头处理方法,较为细致全面地阐述了一种新的桩头处理方法——溢出铲除法。并对溢出铲除法桩头处理理论做了简要的论述,包括溢出铲除法概念、方法、工艺流程等。

Concrete bored pile is a common way of pile foundation construction. So far, the research on concrete filling pile construction is more comprehensive and more profound. There are a few good construction technologies. It is proved that the methods are feasible, but the theory is lack, for example： in the concrete piles construction, the analysis on the processing of pile head is less. This article analyzes the pile head treatment of concrete filling pile; combining with the treatment in foundation construction of high-storey building, it puts forward a new pile tip processing method--overflow remove method, and presents the theory, including concept, method, and process.
