本文简要介绍了建设工程投标决策的内容、基本程序和主要影响因素;阐述了基于多因素模糊综合评判的建设工程投标决策分析的步骤,并应用实证加以分析,证明了该方法的可行性。

This paper introduces the contents and proceeding of decision-making of construction project bidding briefly, and also introduced its influence factor; the steps of the method of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on multi-factor in decision-making of construction project bidding. The empirical analysis by this method prove the method is feasibility.
