Analysis on the Construction of Safety Development Guarantee System

坚持党的十六届五中全会确立的"安全发展"的指导原则,完善符合社会主义市场经济条件下的安全生产运行管理机制,推动企业安全主体责任落实,创新安全管理方式,促进经济社会又好又快发展。

To adhere to the guiding principles of ＂safe development＂ established by the Fifth Plenary Conference of Sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC, improve operation and management mechanism of safe production which is in line with the condition of socialist market economy, promote the implementation of principal responsibility to enterprise security, innovate safe management methods and promote fast and better development for economic society.
