摘要
国有企业薪酬管理存在着基础薄弱、政企不分、薪酬水平偏低等一系列问题,导致员工工作积极性不高。本文利用多级模糊综合评价方法对国有企业员工绩效进行评价,根据员工绩效评价等级来确定薪酬活动范围,并试着探索建立一种更加灵活的薪酬管理制度——同岗不同酬,实现国有企业的有效薪酬激励。
There are many problems in the management of state-owned enterprises payment, such as, weak foundation, without a clear line between the functions of the government and enterprises, low pay levels, so that the staffs are not enthusiastic. In this paper, the multi- level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of state-owned enterprise employees, the payment range is determined based on employee performance evaluation rating. This paper tries to explore a more flexible compensation management system: the same job but unequal payment, to achieve effective incentive compensation of state-owned enterprises.
