摘要
我国知识管理刚刚为企业所知、企业亟需符合自身需求的知识管理系统。为发现国内知识管理领域的前沿问题,通过对选取的2000年至2010年管理学期刊上发表的知识管理相关文献进行统计整理,然后通过对研究主题进行趋势分析和内容分析,发现近十一年来国内知识管理研究的趋势和重点,归纳出我国知识管理研究的特点和主要研究内容。
In China, knowledge management is accepted by enterprises, and the enterprises are urgent to find the suitable knowledge management system for them. This paper selected knowledge management related literature between 2000 and 2010 management journal to study firstly. Next, we found the trend and key of knowledge management in domestic recently by analyzing the trend of research subjects.
